Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At FOX WASH, we understand that plans can change. To ensure the best service for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Notice Period: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Late Cancellations: If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made within 2 hours of the appointment, a fee of $25 will be charged and you will have to book your service again.

No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged a fee of $25.

Weather Conditions: In the event of adverse weather conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. We will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a suitable alternative time.

Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
